Whether you are adding melted butter to ham biscuits or dotting wasabi sauce on the smoked salmon appetizer on page 16....the plastic squeeze bottle saves loads of time and is much neater. TIP: Do not melt butter in squeeze bottle, use microwave or stovetop. Plastic gets soft in microwave.
