Asian Chili Garlic Sauce is found in all the Asian markets and occasionally in the regular grocery store. However, it is always less expensive in the ethnic market. Chili Garlic Sauce adds flavor and zip to the Oriental Dressing for the Kung Pao Salad on page 56. This was a huge favorite of our customers for Roosters on the Run.
