Sweet Chile Sauce
 
This sweet/hot (mildly hot) sauce is perfect for making a very quick dipping sauce. It is used in the Rice WIne Chile Sauce for Thai Chicken Cakes on page 104. But, also use it for the store bought dumplings that you can saute or steam. And even great to have on hand when you pick up spring rolls at the Chinese take-out.
