This has to be the #1 cooking tool that I have seen introduced since I started cooking. It will zest lemons, oranges, and limes but also grates nutmeg perfectly. They now come in various blade sizes.....my two favorites are the fine and the medium ribbon which I use for grating hard cheeses.
